Shipping Information

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

Shipping to USA/CAN: DHL EXPRESS, 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS, $20.00

INTERNATIONAL: CANADA POST STANDARD, 5-15 BUSINESS DAYS, FREE

INTERNATIONAL: DHL EXPRESS, 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS, min. $30.00

INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES - CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES

If you are ordering outside from the NA you might need to pay customs, taxes or duties. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that SANPEDRO Watches does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by SANPEDRO Watches, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Orders and Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Is something not quite right? Don’t worry, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery. If you are using PayPal you can can return your order for free without any additional costs. If you are using a different payment method, you will be in charge for the shipping fees to our Vancouver warehouse in Canada.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM< WHAT CAN I DO?

WARRANTY CLAIM
SanPedro Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorised dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you consider your item to be faulty, please complete the form below. Our customer services team will then be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.
