Is something not quite right? Don’t worry, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery. If you are using PayPal you can can return your order for free without any additional costs. If you are using a different payment method, you will be in charge for the shipping fees to our Vancouver warehouse in Canada.

- Be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Be unworn & returned in original condition.
- Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.
- Include the original packaging.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
SanPedro Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorised dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you consider your item to be faulty, please complete the form below.
